About the Designer

I am the lead designer, Harley Rhodes. I grew up in the small town of Thermopolis, Wyoming. I was raised by my grandparents, Ross and Dorothy Rhodes. They were the people that taught me how to show, prep and take care of my livestock. I attended fairs and prospect shows where I built relationships outside the show ring and competed with a smile while being judged.

I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Media Strategic Communication with minors in Graphic Advertising and Sports Management. Wow, that's a mouthful!
I know what you're thinking... Why am I in the handbag business? Well, the answer is because it's become a passion of mine. I literally have no business running a business or sewing handbags, but here we are.  Each bag that I have made has helped improved my craft and I enjoy building/designing bags because no single bag is the same.

I got into the cowhide handbag business because cattle has always been attached to the Rhodes family name. Not wanting to raise my own cattle, I found an alternative... handbags. I love designing bags, keeping our products fresh and putting smiles on my client's faces.
